The terms that apply when you use this site and place an order.
These terms apply to your use of the Cabinets By Numbers website and to orders you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Pricing and availability
Prices and product availability can change without notice. We make every effort to show accurate pricing and product details, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we will let you know and give you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we identify a pricing error. These are stock cabinets, so please review your order carefully, including sizes, finishes, and quantities, before placing it.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time you place your order, the same as any other material supplier. Orders are non-refundable, except that unopened, undamaged flat-pack items may be returned as described in our return policy. Card payments are processed by Square.
Sales tax
Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it, based on your shipping address. Tax-exempt and resale buyers should contact us before ordering.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping is handled as described in our shipping policy, including how freight is estimated and reconciled. Please inspect your shipment at delivery and follow the steps in our returns and damage policy for any damage.
Returns
Returns, cancellations, and damage claims are governed by our returns and damage policy.
Warranties and disclaimers
Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer of each product. Except for those warranties and any rights you have under applicable law, the site and products are provided without other warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or related to your use of the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
