Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states. Cabinets are shipped from our manufacturers directly to you.

How shipping is priced

Sinks and faucets ship free. Shipping on sinks and faucets is already included in the price, so nothing extra is added at checkout.

For cabinets and vanities, your shipping cost is estimated at checkout. Because freight cost depends on your delivery address and the specifics of your delivery, the actual amount can vary. Any difference between the estimate and the actual freight cost is charged to your card when your order ships. If the actual cost comes in lower, you are charged less.

Cabinets, sinks, and vanities can leave different warehouses, so an order with items from more than one manufacturer may ship in more than one delivery. Freight is calculated for each shipment, and the deliveries can arrive on different days.

Lead times

These are stock cabinets, so orders move quickly. Flat-pack (RTA) orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Assembled cabinets take about 5 to 10 business days to ship. Large or heavily modified orders can take longer. Freight transit time is added on top of the ship time, and estimated dates are not guaranteed since they depend on manufacturer stock and carrier schedules.

Delivery

Larger orders ship by LTL freight carrier on a pallet. The carrier typically calls to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone should be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

You tell us how to deliver at checkout, and the freight estimate reflects what you pick:

  • Where it is going. Residential, commercial, or a construction or job site. Homes and job sites usually have no loading dock or forklift, which affects how the pallet comes off the truck.
  • Lift gate service. A lift gate lowers the pallet from the truck to the ground when there is no loading dock or forklift. Most home deliveries need it.
  • Standard curbside or white glove. Standard curbside drops the pallet at the street or driveway, and you move it inside from there. White glove brings the pallet into a garage or another spot a pallet jack can reach. If a white glove delivery involves stairs or a walk-up, add that so the carrier plans for it.

For most homes that is residential delivery, curbside, with a lift gate. You move the cabinets inside from the curb or driveway.

Inspect your shipment before you sign for it. Note any visible damage to the packaging or pieces on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves. This protects your ability to get damaged items replaced. See the returns and damage policy for what to do next.

Sales tax

Sales tax is applied at checkout where we are required to collect it, based on your shipping address. If you are a tax-exempt or resale buyer, contact us before ordering so we can handle your exemption.
