Ordering

Do I need a designer or a salesperson?

No. You can browse the door styles, build your order yourself, and check out, all on your own time. If you would like a hand, the flat $149 layout service turns your photos and measurements into a cabinet layout you can order straight from the site.

Who can order?

Homeowners, builders, general contractors, and designers are all welcome. The pricing is the same self-service direct pricing for everyone.

Can I order a few cabinets, or do I need a whole kitchen?

Either. Order a single cabinet or an entire kitchen or bath. There is no minimum.

How do I pay?

You pay by card at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time you order.

The $149 design service

What is the $149 design service?

A flat $149 layout. You send photos of your space and your rough measurements, and we turn them into a cabinet layout you can order directly from the site. It is meant to be hands-off: there is no back and forth required.

What do I need to send for a design?

A few photos from different angles, your wall lengths and ceiling height, and where the sink, range, and refrigerator go. Rough is fine. You can submit it all in one step when you start a design.

How the cabinets are built

Are these assembled or flat-pack?

Most kitchen lines come either assembled or as ready-to-assemble (RTA, flat pack), and you choose per item right on the product and in your cart. RTA is the standard option: it ships flat, costs less, and goes together with basic tools. Assembled arrives built and ready to install, costs more for the cabinet, and ships for a little more since it travels fully built. The price updates as you switch between them.

What is the construction quality like?

It depends on the line and the door style. The kitchen lines use plywood boxes, solid-wood dovetail drawer boxes, and soft-close hinges and glides. Doors vary by style: many framed and shaker styles are solid hardwood, while flat-panel, high-gloss, and some painted styles are MDF or HDF with a veneer or laminate finish. The how it is built page lists each line's exact construction.

What finishes and options are there?

It depends on the line. Kitchen styles come in a range of painted and stained finishes. The ARIEL bath vanities offer multiple cabinet finishes per collection, four hardware finishes (brushed nickel, polished chrome, matte black, satin brass), four countertop materials (Carrara white marble, pure white quartz, Carrara white quartz, Nero Marquina quartz), and oval or rectangle undermount sinks.

Can cabinets be modified?

Many cabinets support common modifications such as width or depth reductions and finished ends. Available modifications show up on the product as you build your order.

Shipping and delivery

Do you ship to my state?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states.

How much is shipping?

Sinks and faucets ship free, with shipping already included in the price. For cabinets and vanities, shipping is estimated at checkout. Because freight cost depends on your location and delivery specifics, the actual amount can vary, and any difference is charged to your card when your order ships. See the shipping policy for details.

How long does it take?

These are stock cabinets, so they ship quickly. Flat-pack (RTA) orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Assembled cabinets take about 5 to 10 business days to ship. Large or heavily modified orders can take longer. Freight transit time is added on top of that, and we will confirm the timeline for your order.

How is it delivered?

Larger orders ship by LTL freight on a pallet, and the carrier typically calls to schedule a delivery. At checkout you choose how it arrives: residential or commercial, lift gate service to lower the pallet off the truck (most homes need it), and standard curbside or white glove. Standard curbside drops the pallet at the street or driveway and you move it inside. Inspect everything at delivery and note any damage before signing. The shipping policy walks through each option.

After delivery

What if something arrives damaged?

Inspect your shipment on delivery. If anything is damaged or defective, take photos and contact us right away so we can send replacement parts or pieces. Details are in the returns and damage policy.

Can I return cabinets?

Payment is due in full when you order. Assembled cabinets are non-returnable. Unopened, undamaged flat-pack items and unused trim can be returned within 30 days for a 20% restocking fee, with return shipping paid by you unless the return is our fault. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled or changed, so please review your order carefully before placing it. Damaged or defective items are handled separately, with replacement parts. Full terms are on the returns page.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Each line carries the manufacturer's own warranty, honored by the manufacturer. ProCraft cabinets carry a five-year limited warranty, and ROC, LifeArt, and ARIEL carry one-year limited warranties. If you ever need to file a claim, we will help you through it. Each line's warranty is listed on the how it is built page.
