Returns and damage policy

How returns, cancellations, and damaged or defective items are handled.

Payment and refunds

Payment is due in full at the time you place your order, the same as any other material supplier. Orders are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully, including sizes, finishes, and quantities, before you place it. If you used the $149 layout service, double-check the layout against your space first.

Assembled cabinets are non-returnable. Unopened, undamaged flat-pack items and unused trim may be returned within 30 days of delivery: you pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Items that have been opened, assembled, installed, modified, or damaged cannot be returned. If a return is needed because of our error or something we caused, we cover it, and neither the restocking fee nor return shipping applies.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away. We can only make changes before your order enters production. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Damaged or defective items

We want every order to arrive right. If something arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Inspect at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork before signing.
  • Take photos of the packaging and the affected pieces.
  • Contact us promptly, ideally within a few days of delivery, with your order number and the photos.

We will arrange replacement parts or pieces for items that arrive damaged or defective. Concealed damage that was not visible at delivery should be reported as soon as it is found.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method. Shipping and freight charges are generally non-refundable except where an item is being returned because of our error or a defect.
